The Toolbar contains a variety of editing tools to help you take good notes. 7 - Share lets you export and share the document for collaboration.6 - More lists additional tasks you can do.5 - Add New page adds a new page to the end of the document.4 - Read Only Mode disables editing the document.3 - Document Details shows the last edit time, allows you to rename notebook, and jump to another page.2 - Thumbnail View lets you manage the pages of the current document.1 - Library View the back arrow takes you back to the library.The Nav Bar houses buttons that help you perform common tasks on the current document. It's what you see when you tap to open a document from the Library View. The Document View refers to the view where you take notes, using several editing tools at your disposal. Shared Tab: Discover a collection of documents that have been shared by you or shared with you.Select the templates you want to remove, then press the Delete button in the top-right of the templates window.Tap the Edit button found to the right of the Cover Templates title.If removing papers: tap the Default Paper preview.If removing covers: tap the Default Cover preview in the upper section.Depending on if you are removing a new custom cover, or a new page template:.Tap the Gear icon in the top-right corner of the Documents View > Manage Notebook Templates.Remove templates (including built-in templates): Add the template using the steps above.Be sure to select Flattened for your PDF type. Export the respective page by navigating to it, pressing Share and Export within the Notebook View > Export This Page > PDF.If you want to turn one of your existing pages within a notebook into a template: Creating a template from an existing page: Note: If you add a multi-page PDF as a custom template, only its first page is added. Once in the Edit menu, scroll to the bottom and press Create New Group to make a new custom group for your custom templates. You can also create your own category by tapping Edit button found to the right of the Cover Templates title.To add your templates to a specific category, scroll to the end of the list in that category and tap Import > From Photos/Files. You will see several categories with built-in templates in the lower section.If you're unsure of this, select the one that you believe is closest to your template's size. Under Paper Templates, select the Size dropdown, and select the orientation and size of your new template.If adding a custom paper: tap the Paper preview.If adding a custom cover: tap the Cover preview in the upper section.Depending on if you are adding a new custom cover, or a new page template:.
